A Typical Night
Once the daycare dogs have gone home, the night staff attends to the feeding and needs of our overnight guests. After dinner begins group play time where the pups can have fun running around until bed time, when starts around 9:30 PM with all the boarding dogs going out for their late night potty break. Each dog is then walked to their bedroom suite and tucked in with a treat and a kiss good night.
During the night:
Four Paws Playground has staff in the building during the night to attend to boarding dogs. Some dogs need a little extra Tender Loving Care (TLC) on their first night stay just to reassure them everything is ok which our staff does provide. But after a day of play most of our clients are ready to go to sleep and dream about their parents and what fun they will have tomorrow.
The next morning:
Our day begins at 5:30 AM with a potty break and some play time. Then we all sit down for breakfast. After breakfast, we start another typical day of daycare (Link to typical day of daycare)
Check in:
Our boarding guests MUST be checked in before 1PM. This allows the dog to become familiar with our facility, staff and make some new friends while having lots of fun running around. This ensures the dogs will ready for a peaceful night sleep.
Pick up:
We will bring the pup out to you on leash with his or her belongings. You may notice they are eager to see you but want to go back in to play with their friends. This just shows you how much fun it is to stay over night at Four Paws Playground.
We do not charge for dogs going home before 9:00 AM. Anytime after that there is a daycare charge since the dogs will playing with their friends until it is time to go home.
  
What makes you different from a traditional kennel?
What a separates us from a kennel is that our primary focus is on pet comfort not filling runs. A kennel may have lower rates where your dogs will be left in a run with drab brick walls, and a chain link run to the outside. We provide spacious pet suites, with see through area in the doors so your dog will always have a view. Each of our suites is open with lots of light and air flow also it comes complete with a private dog bed. During the day they have a typical day at daycare. Play all day and sleep all night.
